🇺🇸 The Supreme Court has prevented the Trump administration from denying sex-rejecting medical procedures for trans-identified inmates at federal prisons.
Li Nowlin-Sohl, a lawyer with the American Civil Liberties Union’s LGBTQ & HIV Project, called Wednesday’s order a “critical ruling” and incorrectly referred to these procedures as “medically necessary healthcare.”
