A single billionaire has now given 15,000,000 dollars to one of the candidates for Florida governor.
Hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin just gave *another $5 million* to Byron Donalds. Griffin – the recent Miami transplant who is in the midst of building the most expensive home in Florida – has now put $15 million into Donalds' campaign for governor...

Now would be a good time to remind everyone of these Trump facts, because apparently some people still need the refresher. Please meet the President of the United States: Flew on Epstein’s plane at least seven times. Just friends, I guess. Pleaded the Fifth more than 400 times in a single deposition. Nothing says “innocent” like refusing to answer a single question about your own business. 34 felony convictions. A record most people would call disqualifying. And 91 criminal charges. Accused of sexual misconduct or assault by at least 26 women. But sure, tell me again how he’s a great guy. 6 corporate bankruptcies. The self proclaimed greatest businessman alive somehow keeps running out of money. 5 draft deferments. Funny how the toughest guy in the room never actually showed up for duty. 4 criminal indictments. Not two. Not three. Four. 2 impeachments. A club of exactly one president. 2 of his own companies convicted of criminal tax fraud. Convicted. Not accused. Convicted. 1 fake university shut down. 1 fake charity shut down. Even his charity was a grift. Paid 25 million dollars to settle the Trump University fraud lawsuit because scamming people who believed in you costs money eventually. Ordered to pay 5 million dollars in the first E Jean Carroll sexual abuse verdict, then hit with 83.3 million more in the second. A jury said it twice so nobody could pretend it was a fluke. Ordered to pay 2 million dollars for looting his own so called charity. Stealing from a charity with his own name on it. Found liable for business fraud and originally slapped with a penalty topping 450 million dollars, later thrown out on appeal while the fraud finding itself stuck to him anyway. First president in modern history to increase the deficit every single year of a full term. Fiscal responsibility, apparently, was always just a talking point. Kept the debt to GDP ratio above 100 percent for his entire first term. Presided over the largest single day point drop in Dow Jones history at the time. So much for the guy who claimed to be a genius with money. Set the record for the longest government shutdown in US history in his first term at 35 days, then couldn’t resist beating his own miserable record in his second term with a 43 day shutdown, followed by yet another shutdown just months later. Encore nobody asked for. Added roughly 2.25 trillion dollars to the national debt in his first year back in office alone, pushing the debt past 39 trillion dollars. Somebody remind me who the party of fiscal discipline is again. Pushed through the largest defense budget increase since World War Two while the debt kept climbing anyway. Purged more than 300,000 federal employees in his first year back. Efficient, if your goal is chaos. Pardoned nearly 1,600 January 6 Capitol rioters. At least 40 of those pardoned rioters have already been rearrested, charged, or sentenced for new crimes since walking free. Shocking absolutely nobody. His family’s crypto ventures, including a meme coin and World Liberty Financial, pulled in more than 1.4 billion dollars in disclosed earnings while he sat in the Oval Office. Draining the swamp was apparently code for filling his own pockets. Sent the National Guard into American cities at a cost of nearly 500 million taxpayer dollars in 2025 alone. His own tariffs are projected to cost the average American household more than 2,500 dollars this year. You’re paying for this. Not China. You. No more foreign wars. Peace deal with Russia and Ukraine on Day One. None of this is a conspiracy theory, a rumor, or something you saw in a group chat. It is the actual, documented record, sitting in plain sight for anyone willing to look. So the next time someone tells you to relax and give him a chance, ask them how many more indictments, judgments, and shutdown records he needs to rack up before that chance runs out. Allen Bailey was quite possibly the most rocked up Chief to ever exist. He had 8% body fat at 285 pounds. He also loved eating possum. Great story: Allen Bailey's secret to reaching the colossal physical proportions necessary to become an NFL defensive end is a protein source unfamiliar to most 21st-century Americans, let alone big-time football players. The University of Miami product, picked in the third round of the draft by the Kansas City Chiefs, sits down to home-cooked meals of slow-roasted raccoon, parboiled possum and hickory-smoked armadillo. Wild boar, now that's a real treat. Bailey tips the scales at 285 pounds, having stuffed his gut during his formative years with just about anything on four feet his family could catch on the tiny island off the coast of Georgia where he was raised. Forty-seven people live in Hog Hammock on Sapelo Island, more than half of whom are related to Bailey. All are part of the tight-knit Gullah/Geechee community, descendants of slaves admired for preserving their African cultural heritage two centuries after being brought to the United States. Bailey's ancestors were among 400 slaves from West Africa taken to Sapelo Island by a British plantation owner. Some stayed after the Civil War, and they subsisted on a protein-rich diet of deer, boar, marsupials and shellfish. And still do. Even though game was a description of what's for dinner before it became a vehicle to a lucrative career, Bailey grew up big, strong and smart. On May 13, he will become the first from his family to graduate from college. He asked his mother, Mary, what he could give her that would put a big smile on her face after he signed his first NFL contract. Her reply: "Your diploma." Mary Bailey has worked for years as a cook at the Reynolds Mansion, a tourist and retreat destination on Sapelo Island. Guests can reach the island only by boat, and Bailey's father worked for decades as the first mate on a ferry called the Katie Underwood. After checking into the 13-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion, guests are fed a sumptuous dinner prepared by Mary of seafood, turkey, red beans and rice, and locally grown corn and okra. The good stuff she saves for her family back in the double-wide three-bedroom trailer in Hog Hammock. "Raccoon has a good flavor, it tastes like nothing else," Bailey says. "Everything on the table is great. It's home cooking." Bailey missed all of it while away at college. He was able to visit only a few times each school year, but he made up for it during the summers. He's the second youngest of seven children, and the family watched the draft from a friend's house in Georgia because there is no cell phone reception on the island. Bailey plans to spend time in Hog Hammock over the next few days, to do some hunting with his dad, eat his mom's meals and enjoy the peace and quiet. "Where I'm from is country, the slow-down life," he says. "I'm outdoors all the time, it's what I call real nature. Not even one stop sign. There's no law." Bailey didn't play football until the seventh grade. He and his brothers and cousins played a touch keep-away game they called "yard ball." A rusted basketball hoop helped him develop stamina, and he grew and grew, taking after a grandfather everyone on the island simply called, "Big One." Sports became a priority when Bailey attended high school in Darien, Ga., a 20-minute ferry ride away. He chose Miami over Florida and Alabama, and developed into a chiseled NFL prospect. He has the best vertical jump ever by a Miami defensive lineman, and scouts loved his combination of strength and quickness as well as his relentless motor. After getting the call from the Chiefs Friday night, Bailey tried to learn a little bit about Kansas City. It's a long way from the Atlantic Ocean and Sapelo Island, but a staple of his childhood diet is also considered a delicacy in Missouri. It’s raccoon, a recipe for which was included in the first edition of "The Joy of Cooking." Listen to Jeff Beringer, a biologist with the Missouri Department of Conservation: "Raccoon meat is some of the healthiest meat you can eat. It's the ultimate organic food." Bailey wouldn't disagree. He's a 6-foot-3, tightly muscled billboard for the virtues of lean protein, hunted by his kin, cooked by his mom. "My parents won't ever want to move," he said. "They might add on to the house they have now. But leave Hog Hammock? I don’t think so. That’s home."

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ The voting difficulties are now being reported in OH, FL, TX, TN, & SC! Check, recheck, & check again!
There is a very disturbing trend being seen in early voting. Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio are reporting difficulties getting the machines to accept democratic votes. The machines change them back to Republican unless the voter persists, pressing several times to get the correct vote to go through. Check your machine, check to see that it accepted the correct vote. Make sure your voice counts.

Funny how Republicans have spent months telling you how great their tax cuts are, but suddenly the IRS data showing who actually benefited is months late. This information was supposed to be released in July. But here we are, three weeks out from an election and the Trump Administration still won’t release it. If the numbers are really as great as they keep telling us, why won’t they release them? Oh wait, I know. Because they know exactly what it shows: the tax cuts disproportionately benefited BILLIONAIRES and GIANT CORPORATIONS, not you. And Republicans paid for them by ripping away healthcare and food assistance from hungry families and exploding the deficit. That was not a tax cut for working people. It was a giveaway to the wealthiest people in the country, paid for by everyone else. politico.com/news/2026/10/14…

Can any of the anti-fraud Republicans tell us: -Who owns the offshore account in Qatar that holds $400M in seized Venezuelan oil money? -What happened with the $1B sent to Trump's "Board of Peace"? -Who owns the Qatari gifted Air Force One? -Why more than 50 people who received pardons did so after major donations to Trump or major partnerships with his family's businesses? -How much public money has been spent at Trump golf courses? -Who front ran market moving announcements on the war to the tune of more than $20B? -Why public contracts are going to businesses of Trump allies and cost more than 10x the normal rates? If not, maybe it's time to shut the hell up about corruption.
Vote straight ticket Republican if you want our committees to continue doing things like investigating fraudsters and going after birth tourism companies instead of being turned into weapons of political retribution against people whose only crime was wanting to make government more efficient.

Allen Bailey grew up on an island in Georgia you can only get to by boat. There is no school on it. He did not play organized football until the seventh grade. So the head coach at Miami got on the ferry and went to find him. Here is the whole thing. Sapelo Island sits off McIntosh County, Georgia. The community there is called Hog Hammock, and the people in it are Gullah Geechee, descended from the people who were enslaved on that island. Here is how he puts it. "We're all descendants of slaves there." A sign on the island listed the population at 70. He said the real number was 55, and only when he was home. He was the 55th. Getting to high school meant a van to the dock, a ferry to the mainland, and then a bus to McIntosh County Academy in Darien. In middle school he would leave practice early to catch the last ferry at 5:30. Twice it had already pulled out and had to turn around and come back for him. By high school he moved in with a teammate's family on the mainland during the week. He had never played real football until seventh grade. Before that it was the island, with his brothers and sisters and cousins. He is the second youngest of seven. As a junior he had 138 tackles, and he played fullback too, 323 yards and four touchdowns. Then a back injury ended his senior season early and took his film with it. Miami came anyway. Randy Shannon, the head coach, rode out to Hog Hammock himself. Bailey ruled out Alabama. He had been told who their incoming coach was going to be. "Who's Nick Saban?" Dave Hyde at the Sun Sentinel went out to the island in 2010 and got all of that firsthand. Here is what his mother Mary, who cooks at the hotel on Sapelo, said back then. "If he makes it in football, he'd be the first person born and raised on this island to make it that far." He made it. Third round, 86th overall, 2011. Ten years, 133 games, 22 sacks. In 2018 he recovered four fumbles, more than anyone else in the NFL that season. And then he went back. The Allen Bailey Foundation runs free football camps at McIntosh County Academy, the school he took the ferry to. By 2015 he was already on his second one, and Lamar Miller, Olivier Vernon and Allen Hurns came out to help him run it. It also puts money behind two scholarships, across McIntosh and Glynn and Camden counties. Now the honest part. He was never a star. Twenty two sacks over ten seasons is a good professional career and not a famous one, and most people reading this did not know his name. That is sort of the point. Fifty five people when he is home. No school. A boat or nothing. A college head coach got on that boat to go find him, and when the football was over he got back on it.
