Ingredients: Organic coconut flour - 1/2 cup Organic rice flour - 1/2 cup Organic ground Ceylon cinnamon - 2 teaspoons Organic cold pressed coconut oil - 2 teaspoons Organic maple syrup - 1/5 cup roughly Redmonds real salt - a pinch Organic cold pressed coconut oil - a splash Preparation: Preheat oven to 350f. In a food processor mix coconut flour, rice flour, cinnamon (1 teaspoon), coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt. Mix. Add a splash of water. Mix. Get to wet sand consistency. On unbleached parchment paper flatten. Make sure your dough is not too thick! If you want them crunchy they need to be relatively thin (but not extremely thin). Then to make our topping? Seasoning? However you want to call it - a splash of MCT oil, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, a splash of maple. Mix into a paste and spread on the dough. In the oven for 15-20 minutes- let cool and make sure they’re dry. Enjoy!

Disclaimer: this is a funny video- nothing more, nothing less. I did not eat this orange- the only one I ate is the organic one at the end. This is a demonstration of the industrial steps used on conventional oranges sold in the United States. This video is for entertainment and educational purposes only- do not replicate these steps at home. This video does not claim that eating oranges will directly harm you. It's meant to shed light on how much processing goes into a "fresh" orange before it hits the shelf. This isn't about any specific brand or grower- it's a composite of common industry practices- antibiotics, synthetic growth regulators, fungicides and petroleum-based waxes, some of which are even banned in Europe. This video is describing the general process in a way that can be done on a small scale at home, BUT is not mirroring the exact process- it's optimized to make a watchable video- for example, growers use dedicated trunk injectors, not IV bags, and packinghouses run thousands of boxes an hour through automated lines… things that are not shown in the video. The fungicides are mixed right into the wax btw, so they sit on the peel ‼️ "Within legal limits" might mean it's not gonna drop you on the spot, but doesn't mean it's optimal for you in my opinion. At the end of the day, eat what you want- but be informed about what you're actually eating- and maybe don’t zest your non-organic orange.

Disclaimer: this is a funny video- nothing more, nothing less. I did not brush with this. This is a demonstration of the industrial processing steps used in mass-produced toothpaste. This video is for entertainment and educational purposes only- do not replicate these steps at home. Also do not attempt to break glass like that- you're gonna end up in ER.. This video does not claim that brushing your teeth with toothpaste will directly harm you. It's meant to shed light on how highly processed everyday personal care products can be- especially when mass-produced for consistency, cost-cutting, and shelf stability. When making toothpaste they're not literally bubbling ethylene oxide gas through beakers or smashing wine glasses in the factory- they source cosmetic and pharmaceutical-grade versions of these compounds from industrial suppliers. We also did not recreate any specific branded toothpaste here- this is based on what the most popular toothpastes on the market typically contain, according to publicly available ingredient lists. This video is describing the general process of making modern toothpaste in a way that can be done on a small scale at home, BUT is not mirroring the exact process- it's optimized to make a watchable video- real facilities use specialized reactors, vacuum stripping, continuous filtration, and precise dosing equipment… things that are not shown here. The goal is to visualize the chain of production- not mirror any exact factory process. When ingredients like PEG, propylene glycol, sodium fluoride, and polysorbate-80 are described as "safe at low doses," remember that we often lack long-term studies on the cumulative effects of brushing them into your gums twice a day for decades. While some of these ingredients may be regulated or permitted in certain concentrations, I personally see no benefit in exposing myself to them at all- especially when cleaner alternatives exist. At the end of the day, brush with what you want- but be informed about what you're actually putting in your mouth.

Disclaimer: this is a funny video- nothing more, nothing less. I did not eat this chicken. This is a demonstration of the industrial processing steps used in mass-produced rotisserie chickens. Costco is not literally soaking the chicken in bleach- they source cheap chickens that have gone through a similar, low-concentration chlorine bath (a practice that’s banned in the EU). They’re also not using industrial cleaner TSP for the trisodium phosphate, they’re using a food-grade equivalent. Chlorine washes, brine injections, and food additives like TSP, carrageenan, and modified starches are all approved for use in food. This video does not claim that eating Costco’s rotisserie chicken will directly harm you. It’s meant to shed light on how highly processed even “simple” foods can be- especially when mass-produced for consistency, cost-cutting, and shelf stability. When food additives or food-grade plastic are described as “safe,” remember that we often lack long-term studies on their full effects. While these ingredients may be “generally recognized as safe” in small amounts, I personally see no benefit in consuming them at all. At the end of the day, eat what you want- but be informed about what you’re actually eating.

Recipe ⬇️ Costco lamb loin chop 🥩 Ingredients: Costco lamb loin chop - 1 Organic yellow onion - about 5 medium sized Organic carrots - 4-5 Organic celery - 4-5 Organic thyme and rosemary- one each @kettleandfire grass fed bone broth- cup Sea salt Preparation: Sear lamb in ghee until golden. Preheat oven to 250f. Set aside. Add veggies. Reduce the heat to medium. Add @kettleandfire bone broth, about one cup- don’t cover the lamb with the bone broth we want to braise it low and slow. Just add in salt, herbs, cover and in the oven for 4 hours. I also love to use this method for any other brothy beef bowl recipe with different Kettle and Fire broths. Let it rest and enjoy!

I flew to NYC because of a rotisserie chicken.. We're all loaded with plastic since before we're even born- but if there's one thing I learned from Dr. Shanna Swan and The Plastic Detox- the impact of the simple swaps we make is massive for our health and fertility. It's so meaningful that it's our obligation to do it, talk about it and spread the word. We can't give up all plastic- but hot, greasy food sitting in plastic is one of the worst. Start there, remove synthetic fragrance, and slowly work these swaps into your routine to unplastic your life. Watch The Plastic Detox on Netflix- then send this to someone who still buys the chicken. And of course I didn't eat it #Minderoopartner

Homemade toilet paper 🧻

Disclaimer: this is a funny video- nothing more, nothing less. This video is for entertainment and educational purposes only- do not replicate these steps at home. This video does not claim that using mainstream toilet paper will directly harm you- I’m just asking questions about stuff we use every single day without thinking about it. When making toilet paper they’re not literally blasting the pulp with a gas canister in the factory- chlorine dioxide is made on site and used dissolved in water. As for the formaldehyde- they used to use formaldehyde-based resins in tp and since it’s not fully disclosed if they still do, it could possibly still be in there. We also did not recreate any specific brand here- this is based on publicly available industry documents and patents. When these chemicals are described as “safe in small amounts” remember that we often lack long-term studies on long term exposure- I personally see no benefit in using these every single day. We can’t avoid this stuff everywhere all of the time but in our own house we get to choose what we use. At home we use a bidet and bamboo-based, unbleached toilet paper. We use @plant_paper - you can use code GFBEEF for a discount if you want to try it. At the end of the day use what you want- but be informed about what goes into it
