The Creative Process in 43 Hayao Miyazaki Screengrabs (Context: sbtl.info/hayao)
$UST victims weren't mostly dumb ofc, but I can't stand those who put money w/ zero DYOR and now blame Do/Terra for their faults. What a victim mindset and lack of responsibility. It's u who made a big pretext for regulators to deter/ruin further innovations.
This is kinda "i told u" moment
I challenged a few $LUNA holders/devs about the unsustainability of $UST/Anchor and the potential death spiral. All they looked uncomfortable and eventually tried finishing the conversations. Lame. Don't wanna face a sense of guilt for being part of a ponzi?
To what extent can we think of bitcoin as a part of invariant nature say, like the sun? If an assumption that no one/a few entities on the earth actually can control or break the network whatsoever is correct, can it be?

If changing a crucial line of codes in bitcoin, such as 21 million fixed supply, is just as easy as modifying one of the most important lines in the US constitution, I would say it is not an invariant nature.

An invariant nature must be so robust, reliable and cruel that it is unchangeable and immutable even if all the humans collectively try to blow it off.
"Bitcoin nodes" don't just mean tens of thousands of raspberry pies or hardware but also people. More precisely, it is bitcoiners' brains with collectively constructed narratives and understandings about Bitcoin from the perspective of social constructionism.
Morality, ethic and virtue, those notional social constructs look absurd at first glance cuz it sounds manipulative, subjective and unessential. Until you realize that they are the "reality".
1
Given the fact that money is a form of social construct and Bitcoin is money, bitcoin effectively falls under the social construct. The legitimacy and truth in Bitcoin are developed and sustained by a group of people, the bitcoin community, not autonomous programs whatsoever.
1
The fact that most bachelor's students think they study at university not for learning but for degrees implies that universities contribute to the fixation of the social hierarchy pretty badly.
1
Paying tremendous tuition fees by being in debt to gain nothing but turn into a degenerate on the pleasure island is what most university students look like to me. At the end of the day, they start a slave life and blame others and society for their misery.
A sense of guilt when you ignore begging people seems to get worsened partly by a lack of self-confidence: imposter syndrome. Like "Do I deserve things I own now when there are people like them starving in front of me?".
1
What's interesting and counterintuitive is that you might be less considerate and generous to those people eventually when you overcome the confidence issue. Because with adequate "self-esteem", you no longer have to curse you being out of action. Seems contradictory.

Lunatics keep saying $UST has "real demands" in and of itself. Is it for real? Most people seem to use $UST only because Anchor provides sloppy high yields which will dwindle over time, potentially leading to a death spiral when a bear comes.
The idea that women should be hired over men only to reduce the gender gap is completely ridiculous. It simply creates recursive discrimination but achieves nothing.
Uber owns no cars. Airbnb owns no hotels. Web 3 have more VCs than users. This is the new economy.
