Here are some of my takeaways:
> Positioning is everything. Lock it down.
> Everyone talks about product market fit (PMF), but message market fit (MMF) deserves just as much attention, esp when speaking to different audiences (eg, institutional vs. retail)
> AI IS A TOOL, NOT THE STRATEGY.
> OVER INDEX ON OUTCOMES, NOT TOOLS. (read that again)
> To define meaningful outcomes, you need to understand what actually matters to your ICP. Put yourself in their shoes. Learn their problems, priorities, and motivations.
> Marketing isn’t about winning everyone over.
I. Don’t waste resources trying to convert audiences deeply entrenched in a competitor’s camp.
II. Focus on those on the sidelines: the curious, the unaware, and the persuadable.
III. Know who is the primary decision maker. Is it the engineering lead? Or legal and compliance?
> “Stellar is perfectly boring.” Sometimes, boring is exactly what the customer needs. @StellarOrg is owning the narrative and reframing what boring means through evidence (more on this later)

Stellar and Solana are winning the Tokenized fund race
The two biggest winners in tokenized fund value over the past 90 days have been @StellarOrg and @Solana, which together grew by $1.42 billion in on-chain AUM.
Stellar currently leads in total tokenized fund value with $757.5 million, while Solana follows with $670 million.
Ethereum Layer-2s trail, with @Arbitrum up $193.2 million, @Aptos up $133.6 million, and Base up only $46.1 million.

Tech is insanely interesting because it's one of the only careers in the world where anyone from anywhere can catapult to the highest ranks of success and income purely based on what they can do and regardless of their background or education.
It's evolved so many times, each with its own windows of opportunity. Today is more interesting than ever, the first time in the history of software that the technical barriers to accomplishing "technical things" have been seemingly removed, leveling the field for anyone curious or determined enough to take advantage of this exact moment in time. People with technical expertise of course still have the leg up if they can encompass the excitement, curiosity, humility to see and understand the state of the world as it actually exists and act on it.
Every evolution there exists the doomer and the optimist on each side, making their argument about the current "thing" or state of the world, it's always so interesting to watch. The best piece of advice is the same thing echoed by all of the successful people I know: be the optimist not the doomer.
