🚨📝checkout our newest #bladdercancer paper. Skin tox (🟡 on swimmers plot) common and early in EVP and linked to better outcomes in la/mUC. We also provide landmark and Simon-Makuch analyses.

In advanced #UrothelialCarcinoma, treatment-emergent skin toxic effects during first-line enfortumab vedotin plus pembrolizumab were associated with longer overall survival. ja.ma/4k88Qvf
Thrilled to share updated results from JNJ-6143, the AR-BRD4 RIPTAC therapy, presented by @BGarmezy. Totally novel MOA was well tolerated, oral pill and produced significant benefit for pts (PSA90 50%, ORR 68%). P2 trial active now and more coming. Lots of potential!
Exciting day in GCT as @DrDarrenFeldman presents data on ixo-V, a CLDN6 ADC. High response rate in refractory setting. More patients will be needed to evaluate durability and responses across histologies
(1/4) Here's our clinical lab’s latest work led by @MitchellBoshkos, PGY-3, evaluating how cardiometabolic factors influence response to pre-operative ADT +/- ARPI in localized HRPCa in @pcan_journal

The pre-operative model to learn how immunotherapies can improve outcomes in prostate cancer. Outstanding talk by @sumit_subudhi @UTMDAnderson
Look out for Zac this application season and beyond! Super hard working, smart and a great team player. Program will be lucky to have him

I wonder how you would treat a patient after nephro-uretectomy for a high grade, T3N0M0 upper tract urothelial cancer. The tumor is PD-L1+ve and ctDNA-ve. The pateint is not eligible for cisplatin. @DrChoueiri @montypal @PGrivasMDPhD @OncoAlert @Annals_Oncology

Your patient has had nephrectomy for high-risk clear cell RCC. The next decision: Surveillance, Pembrolizumab, or Pembrolizumab + belzutifan. Is adjuvant justified when surgery may already have been curative? Our new commentary explores this dilemma. 🧵bit.ly/4jkism6
Great work by Zac. ctDNA has potential to detect clinically meaningful changes in disease that has thus far proven to be tricky with other biomarkers (including somatic malignancy and possibly teratoma)

Much appreciated🙏Indeed a broader lesson about rare cancers is that the tools needed to find this dependency (IHC, EGFR mAbs etc.) have existed for decades. What was missing was aggregated samples, purpose-built models, and a mechanism to clinically act on the finding quickly.

Happy to share a recently published investigation from @UTMDAnderson on the spectrum of somatic-type malignancies, origin sites and emergence patterns.
Huge thanks to @DocMattCampbell @OAlhalabiMD @andrewjohnsmd @glovedoc for unparalleled mentorship.

If your employer-sponsored insurance copay for a generic is over $15, then 80% of the time, you are overpaying.
In @AnnalsofIM, we analyzed nationwide data on employer plans vs @mcuban’s @costplusdrugs.
Here is a breakdown on who stands to save most. 🧵
NEW: Many patients could pay less for generic drugs by purchasing directly from the Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company @costplusdrugs instead of using employer-sponsored insurance. The findings suggest that patients should consider direct-to-consumer pharmacies for higher out-of-pocket cost #prescriptions. bit.ly/4uZ93Da
