Despite being a 21-volume manga, receiving an anime adaptation that ran for 87 episodes alongside three movies, and being available in both English and French, Magical Taruruuto-kun is rarely mentioned whenever people look back on the golden age of Weekly Shonen Jump.
And it's certainly not the fault of today's readers. Tatsuya Egawa himself complained about the fact that his series wasn't competing on a level playing field, even back then. While Weekly Shonen Jump was primarily aimed at a teenage audience, Egawa had been asked to target a much younger demographic. Despite this, he managed to keep the series running for four years, holding its own against some of the most iconic titles in the magazine's history. On several occasions, its popularity in reader polls was surpassed only by Dragon Ball.
It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but there's no denying the impact it had at the time. Magical Taruruuto-kun deserves far more recognition than it gets today, not just for surviving in one of the most fiercely competitive eras in manga history, but for carving out its own place in a magazine dominated by titles aimed at older readers. Its success is a reminder that the golden age of Jump wasn't shaped by battle shonen alone, and that some of its most interesting stories are the ones that tend to get overlooked when we look back on that era.

I don't understand how Discover takes so fucking long to load an rpm file when sudo rpm -i <name>.rpm takes 3 seconds.
It's actually pretty easy to see slop projects based on the README and even the contributors list. Also, Claude is beginning to watermark their code, which might make it easier, but it's complicated and possibly pricey.
Replying to @JustPlayerde
there’s no way to tell apart human code from llm generated code, they will take down anything they deem “slop”
