Shimmy-Disc’s Kramer said When the Leaf Falls by @timothysaccenti was the most beautiful video ever released by the label - but YouTube comment ‘Great tune and video, can’t wait to watch on ketamine’ sums it up nicely 😆🔥 Thanks to @kushtii for playing it on @SunnyGRadio 🙏🏻 📻

Foyer des Arts - "Wolfram Siebeck hat Recht (West-Berlin). (1982). This track is considered a classic, quite famous, in fact, and is ranked as a rarity from the German underground scene of that era, the renowned "Neue Deutsche Welle" (NDW). Well worth discovering.

100 years ago today, John Coltrane was born. For 20 days, I’ve shared one essential Coltrane recording each day. For the final one, something more personal: a family film edit set to my all-time favorite Coltrane piece: “Equinox”

One of Sly & the Family Stone’s finest grooves. The bassline is ridiculously smooth.

He’s a good lad 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿😎👏
Scotland days at school, kids faces painted in saltires at nursery, the excitement and togetherness that this tournament brought to everyone in our country means so much to us all. No one wanted to progress more than us players, and as much as the experiences and memories we’ll share will last forever, that doesn’t take away from how much this still hurts. What the gaffer has given this group, on and off the pitch, has been immense. Not only by taking us to major tournaments but by how together we have felt as a squad and as a nation. Representing Scotland means everything to us and to him I’ll be forever grateful. I hope the generation of young Scots who experienced this World Cup grow up believing that seeing Scotland on this stage is the new norm. Thanks to everyone in the stands and in the streets of Boston and Miami, and to everyone back home for the incredible support. Proud to be Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙

A brilliant take on how Scottish football has failed the kids that have passion and skills from an early age. This is my favourite part though, and the line about Messi would be hysterical if it wasn’t so tragically on the money. A great piece James
