I'm very proud to share that the two #ITC master students I supervised, Bright Chota and Michael Batame, have successfully defended their theses! #proudsupervisor
Michael Batame applied similar #interdisciplinary approach looking at agro and mono #cocoa in Ghana. We found that agrococoa has expanded in the past 20 years, and agrococoa households have significantly higher food security scores.
Both cases found that education and promotion of gender equity could contribute to higher food security scores among other variables.
I wish them both a bright future and contribute to #SDG2 in their new position!
