I wonder if there is a word for adult experiences that aren’t typical but there’s still something about them that feels mundane.

It was like anything was possible. 11 years later, it feels like there are so many ADULT things that get in the way. (Mostly student loans.)

I just had this irrational desire to go back to the 1st day of college—had just moved to DC, new people, new experiences awaiting.
