These kinds of emails make me so happy and remind me that it's sometimes worth keeping my books in Kindle Unlimited (Kindle Select).
I had higher royalties in May at $2,916.21, but my Amazon Ads spend also increased to $706.43.
I still feel uneasy when my ad costs get that high, but as long as the ads are driving additional royalties and remaining profitable overall, I should probably keep investing in them.

I still get so nervous when even if I have a best-seller, and I just found out someone just left me a 3-star review on Amazon.
Creating a book or course can be difficult at times. You might doubt, is this content really useful for the reader, and you feel a little like a scammer.
Just sharing some of the emotions I have at times.
Good start to May so far for Amazon Kdp. I hope the upward stairs continue.
Realistically, they won’t. It’s ups and downs. But all part of the journey.

How I decide whether to create books or courses:
- When my kids aren’t at home and won’t create extra noise for my microphone , I create courses in peace and quiet.
- When everyone is home, and too much surrounding sounds, I write books.
