Brew day to packaging day for this year's Christmas beer. "Krampus Killer '23" is an 8% Belgian dubbel flavoured with cranberries, orange peel, brown sugar and cocoa nibs. Tastes good now, should be better at Christmas when it's aged 8 weeks. #beer #homebrew

Bottled and kegged the lager that fermented at 29°C today. We were expecting it to be bad, but it smells and tastes good, albeit nothing like a lager! Glad it turned out ok so far. "Burger Eating Invasion Monkey" will be ready in a couple of weeks and is 4.6% ABV #beer #homebrew

Yesterday was a brew day! Had a go at doing another lager, but using a yeast that gives lager flavours at ale temperatures. Gonna be interesting though as I have no chill tech and we're in the middle of a freaking heat wave. Fermenter temp was 29°c this morning... #beer #homebrew

Kegged "FAF: Goblets and Garden Parties". Going to have to re-label it as a Belgian double as it's about 7.7% as opposed to the 11% we aimed for. It smells incredible, tastes good as it is and we can't wait to try it after we age it for 12 weeks... #beer #homebrew

Finally testing out the beer machine, and it's good! Going to have to mess around with the gas pressure setting to get the flow right, but it does what it is meant to do! #beer #homebrew

First attempt at brewing a Belgian quad completed! "FAF: Goblets and Garden Parties" should be good. Will it be as good as @AdroitTheory "All I See is Carrion"? Definitely not, but the brewing went well, despite the gravity coming in lower than we hoped. #beer #homebrew

Filled a mini keg with the cocked up batch of "Jazzy Dogg" we did a couple of weeks back, ready to try in the beer dispenser we bought. The beer smells great, which is good, but the all important machine test will have to wait while it conditions for a few weeks. #beer #homebrew

Quickly cobbled a brew together ahead to test the new beer dispenser. A rough version of "Jazzy Dogg", the OG massively missed the mark, but it's a small batch for a small keg, looks + smells good and will hopefully do ok in the dispenser. Find out in 4 weeks! #beer #homebrew

Bought a new toy to play with! It chills and dispenses (obvs) but the great thing is that it's compatible with my 5ltr mini-kegs I use for small batches. I'll give it a try when my next small batch is ready, but I'll have to brew it first... #beer #homebrew

Kegged "Air Horse One" today. 10g's of hops per litre went into the keg with the beer, hopefully locking in all the flavour and aroma. It's smelling good as it is, looks hazy, but a bit darker than desired after my cock up with the boil. Either way, 6.3% abv. #beer #homebrew

New beer! Our first stab at a lager, "Modern Day Accolade" is a Vienna lager hopped with CF185, Chinook and Cashmere. It's actually very nice, and I don't even like lager. Fruity, clean and crisp, 5.1%abv. Happy summer! #beer #homebrew

Brewed something today. "Air Horse One" was meant to be a NEIPA, but my Brewster (or more realistically, I) shat the bed and scorched the wort. It now looks closer to a hazy red ale. Really hoping it turns out ok because the hop bill is big on this one! #beer #homebrew
