His QBR is 18th and you’re stroking him because their run game has been shit so they’ve been spamming pass and so he is getting a high volume of yards(having good targets helps a lot), he isn’t playing at an elite level. He is a good but not great QB, closer to a Jared Goff than a Rodgers.

Absurd defensive penalties helped 3 Lions RZ trips. They scored 10 points on those trips, and the non-scoring drive required a fourth-down stop. That includes the game-winning drive. There's just no way around mentioning the impact the refs had on the game.

What I'd really like to know is how this isn't taunting. They're facing an opponent and gesturing at them in "acts...that may engender ill will between teams", which would be a violation of Rule 12, Section 3, Article 1(c).

A loss is one thing. You lose because the other team was better. But the officials were HUGELY influential in the game with a slew of obviously bad calls leading to Lions points. That’s annoying.
