Due to the pandemic and economic crisis, the number of people struggling with food insecurity increases daily. Learn about growingSOULs collaborative efforts, which have so far organized 435 truck deliveries and distributed 11,936,940lbs of food in NY growingsoul.org/covid-relief
In December 2020, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia had upwards of 2 million people struggling with hunger. In New York City alone, an estimated 1.5 million are food insecure, not knowing where their next meal will come from. #FoodInsecurity growingsoul.org/covid-relief

I’m not shocked by much. But I felt ill watching GOP Oversight members try to delay subpoenaing DHS+others after multiple unfulfilled requests for info that could lead us to reunify lost children with their parents.
Some issues are partisan. The urgency of this shouldn’t be.
