This is how the Slack design team conducts design critiques
The most unique thing about their process is they have a moderator who
reads out all the comments during the critique and encourages meaningful discussion
It makes the designer less nervous as they don't have to monitor all the comments while presenting their work

This is how a designer at Slack designs project covers in Figma
Yes this is super basic but most designers hardly put any effort into it!
I have worked on big design teams where it's impossible to find relevant project files. You literally have to message someone to find the files. You better pray that designer is not on leave or hasn't left the company 😅
Every designer should add their project slack channel name (or link to project documentation) in the Figma project cover. Makes it super easy for other designers and cross functional stakeholders to get project context

Hi.
My name is Halli. I'm the founder and CEO of Ueno. First of all, I want to say yes. Ueno is back.
I'm kind of surprised myself. I wasn't really planning on it. I started Ueno in my apartment in Reykjavík, Iceland in 2014.
I miss sidebar.io - where does everyone get their daily design reads from these days? Is it all individual newsletters?
I finally got Wordle in one!
I always used the same starter word so it was just a waiting game and now I can finally stop playing 😂

How good is @kaihavertz29 😍
Easily one of the best forwards in the prem!
I'm only tweeting this font so I can remember to buy for a project later 😆

1/ They say good design is invisible.
An invisible UX detail I implemented when building the new app cells on @MobbinDesign has to do with the arrow buttons ⬅️👀➡️
