Not all community assets will pop up in Google or Chat GPT. Some assets you just have to be in community to know they exist.

Every year the question should be what are we doing to make teaching a more attractive profession.

It’s not complicated. Funders simply want to know is their investment making an impact. And how so?

Performance based funding is not it.
