The kids didn’t sign up for this. When my dad was the DC at Nebraska, my family had to deal with all kinds of harassment. Every time my brother had the ball in his hands at Lincoln Southwest, the fans chanted fire Cosgrove. We had the FBI deal with death threats. My sister didn’t feel comfortable going to school because of the harassment. This whole thing is sad. The “best fans in college football” need to do better. Throwing bottles on the field now?? What is wrong with people?

It astounds me how so many people who view CT as the epitome of manliness and toughness also treat him as a creature who needs to put in bubble wrap when it comes to criticism. Nobody on the show even comes at him in a personal way and yet fans are ripping their hair out.

I’ve seen Troy Dannen is being mentioned as candidate for next ISU AD. Sounded odd, but I checked. A highly informed source close to Troy just told me he “Has not been, Is not and will not be a candidate’ to be next ISU AD.
