The simulator runtime for iOS 27.2 supports iPhone Duo now, but it still comes with almost none of the built-in apps. That doesn’t mean you can’t just install them from the non-Duo iOS 27.2 runtime via “xcrun simctl install” though 😏

Xcode 27.2 beta includes a new CLI: xcodeproj It lets you change build settings, add targets, edit groups… from the command line. Works with the new JSON project format and classic Xcode projects, and uses the same underlying support as Xcode, so edits match what Xcode does. If you have the beta installed, check it out: xcrun xcodeproj --help
