Thank you @TimHoustonNS for your commitment to grow the solar industry in our province. We are committed to doing our part to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and hope that a regulatory and policy framework for apartment buildings is being developed as well.
We're working now to introduce the necessary legislative and regulatory framework to deny the net metering system access charge requested by NS Power.
We will grow the solar industry in NS with enhancements to the commercial and community solar programs.

We have now raised almost $20,000 that will be used to stand up for the solar industry in Nova Scotia. We will be discussing the concerns of our members with @nspowerinc CEO Peter Gregg today. We will be communicating our resolve to ensure a bright future for the solar in NS.
The solar industry in Nova Scotia is primarily small businesses that don't have the legal support or resources of @nspowerinc. We have established a Gofundme to ensure installers will be fairly represented at the upcoming @NSUARB hearings. Please share!
