Pazartesi rezervasyonu degistirmek uzere @TK_TR @TurkishAirlines @BilalEksiTHY aradim. Arada $150 gibi bir fark istendi. Ancak sistemlerinde bir hata olustugu icin ucreti kesemediler ve beni arayacaklarini soylediler ve aramadilar.

Bugun aradigimda en gec 25 Mayis’s kadar beni arama gerceklestirmis olmam gerektigi, gec kaldigim icin $650 gibi bir fark ciktigi belirtildi.Bana ilk gorusme de ne 25 Mayis ile ilgili bir gun verildi ne de bir telefon aldim THY’den. Konu ile ilgili yardim @TK_TR @TurkishAirlines

@Citi is trying to punish me for my my stollen wallet. It is my own money that you are not refunding and your broken process for locking the stollen card even though you are notified right away. Terrible banking. I have been calling the call center for two months! Hours spent

#1 My wallet was stolen on January 19. There was multiple charges on my #citi account. #citi bank provided a terrible customer service. So far, I have been to branch 3 times, talking to call center almost everyday. #citi is still not able to refund my money
