Godzilla Minus Zero🎬 This is why you see Godzilla on the big screen! The sound effects & music were amazing, & that bass went absolutely BONKERS! You could feel the intensity in your chest! That alone made this one worth seeing in theaters. The returning characters were great & brought so much more depth to the story, making that powerful ending hit even harder. If you’re planning on seeing this, don’t wait! 4/5⭐️

Ramayana: Rise Of A Legend🎬 Now THAT was a spectacle! A beautiful display of Indian culture with incredible mythology & lore. The scale was massive, the special effects were stunning & the music absolutely slapped! I knew very little going in, & I loved watching this story unfold. Genuinely surprised by the direction it took early on, but man, did it set up some fireworks for the second half & Part 2! So many characters, yet they all made an impression. Ranbir Kapoor is the f*cking man! My biggest gripe? All that war & action with barely any blood. An R rating would’ve given those battles more bite, but even without it, the action still kicked ass. I saw the full Hindi version, which is my preferred way to experience it. But I’m curious how they pulled off the English version, so I’m definitely going to try to catch it again in theaters. And that cliffhanger?! Give me Part 2 immediately! Sad to see so many empty seats for this one. This is the kind of epic that deserves to be experienced on the biggest screen possible! 4.5/5⭐️

Animals🎬 Definitely Ben Affleck’s weakest movie as a director, & honestly, I didn’t think this role was a good fit for him. He’s played similar characters before, but it just didn’t click here. His final speech was rough, especially with some clunky dialogue. Some pretty cheesy moments & awkward execution, too. That wall slide at the end was brutal.😂 Positives: The supporting cast did a pretty good job, & despite the familiar premise, the moral dilemmas & strong tension kept me invested throughout. 2/5⭐️
