Если бы. Ты вроде оказал услугу, обязан удержать НДС с клиента, но реально ты просто на зарплате в удаленке, поэтому ты отдаешь НДС из нее. Или ты Kleinunternehmerregelung, но оборот 50К в год это не про успех.
Там переход на удаленку указан, значит фриланс, значит всю социалку платит сам, а не 50% как в офисе. Если заказчик из ЕС, то еще НДС с дохода надо платить.
