Today, we announced the results of infant formula testing under the Healthy Florida First Initiative. It showed several brands of formula contained elevated levels of harmful toxins, including mercury. Visit exposingfoodtoxins.com to review the full infant formula testing results.
We are giving Florida families the information they need and the ability to choose the best infant formula for their babies.
We’re grateful to @SecKennedy and HHS for allowing WIC to cover a wider variety of infant formulas, so that families can more easily make the switch to a non-toxic product for their baby’s well-being.

Individual rights take precedence over any illusion of “public health” goals. Freedom comes first—always. That’s what I fought for as a Green Beret, and it remains my fight today.
Tough decisions are sometimes necessary to safeguard liberty. If you want a vaccine, you should be free to take it. If you don’t, you should be free not to.
It’s between you and your doctor to decide what’s best for your family—not the government.
Enjoyed the conversation with @MikeEmanuelFox and clarifying that this is not about taking away vaccines – it’s about ensuring parents always get to choose the medical therapies their kids receive.

Very excited to have @AlexLanfran back on the team as @GovRonDeSantis Communications Director! Country roads took him home. If you haven't yet, give him a follow.
It’s been an honor to serve under the leadership of Governor Patrick Morrisey — a man of integrity and conviction who cares deeply about his staff and the future of West Virginia. Great things lie ahead for the Mountain State!
While I am sad to leave, I look forward to this incredible opportunity to rejoin the DeSantis Administration in my home state of Florida.

God bless Texas!
Thank you, Florida, for your support in the aftermath of these devastating floods.
@GovRonDeSantis quickly deployed swift water rescue teams and K-9 units to aid Texans in our response and recovery efforts.
Thank you, Governor, for having our backs.

WATCH: Rachel shares her inspiring story with @HopeFlorida a journey that began when she first partnered through her church, where she served as a pastor.
Today, she leads the Hope Florida team, empowering others by connecting individuals in need to vital resources right in their own communities—resources that serve as stepping stones to help them achieve their goals. Rachel’s deep passion for serving this population drew her to this work, but it’s her experience with Hope Florida that sealed the deal. Now, she says she can’t imagine a Florida without it. 💙

The work that @CaseyDeSantis has spearheaded on economic self-sufficiency in Florida is a model the nation would be wise to emulate. It is the conservative answer to the Left’s Great Society initiatives that have failed generations of Americans who deserve better.
Thank you to @ScottAtlas_IT and @_GlobalLiberty for hosting me on Friday! It was an honor to speak alongside @VDHanson to discuss our economic self-sufficiency model in Florida, which reforms how we help people in need. Instead of relying on government, we work with non-profits, the private sector, and our faith-based communities to help people transition off of government dependency and onto a pathway to prosperity.

It seems Jim @defede has gone from “reporting” on—to cheering for—an Amendment that:
1.Removes the right of parental consent for abortions being performed on a minor.
2.Allows “healthcare providers”—not just doctors—perform abortions at conceivably any stage of pregnancy. Including ones being performed on minors without parental consent.
3. Opens the door for requiring taxpayer funded elective abortions in Florida.
4. Places numerous laws and regulations Florida currently has in place to protect womens health in the hands of the courts, with unknown lasting impacts. Including sanitation requirements at clinics, proximity requirements for abortions to be performed near a hospital by an admitted physician, medical screening requirements, and more.. all because they hypothetically “delay” or conceivably “restrict” abortions.
This is what we mean when we say Amendment 4 is dangerous, extreme, and WRONG for Florida. I'm sorry this is happening to you Jim. I voted no on Amendment 4 and I strongly encourage everyone else to do the same.

If you vote ‘yes’ on amendment 3, here is what you are also saying yes to:
▶️ More DUIs in our State
▶️ Increased substance use and mental health issues, especially in youth
▶️ Increased costs to combat substance use, mental illness, and overdose deaths
▶️ More poison control calls and emergency room department visits
▶️ Increased black market drug activity, including marijuana laced with other harmful substances
We may not all share the same ideals but surely we can all agree that these things are bad. Vote NO on amendment 3. Protect our communities and our great State.

If Amendment 3 is about "freedom," then explain why:
1. You can only use the Corporate Cartel’s product;
2. It’s still illegal to grow at home; and
3. The corporations who wrote and paid for Amendment 3 gave themselves blanket LIABILITY PROTECTIONS from criminal and civil lawsuits. If their product is "safe," why did they give themselves this carve-out?
Don’t let the Corporate Cartel hijack our constitution to benefit themselves. Vote No on Amendment 3!
The proposed Amendment 3, written by the CEO of a mega-weed corporation, contains a special provision in the full text of the amendment for complete immunity from civil liability.
This unprecedented blanket immunity is—intentionally but deceptively—not provided in the summary that appears on the ballot (also written by the weed CEO).
Corporate carve outs do not belong in Florida’s constitution.

Today in Cape Coral, I met with law enforcement, local leaders, small business owners, and parents who agree that Amendment 3 is the wrong plan for Florida. Amendment 3 isn’t about freedom; it’s about greed.
A handful of corporations wrote Amendment 3 for their own benefit, and they’ve spent over $100 million trying to convince Floridians that a cartel should be able to change our constitution for financial gain. These special interests even made sure to give themselves immunity from liability if their products end up harming customers—an unfair carve-out, right out of Big Pharma’s playbook.
Amendment 3 is designed to create a constitutional right to smoke marijuana—even in crowded public locations like beaches, parks, and playgrounds. Not only would that hurt Florida’s tourism and hospitality industries, it would also harm kids and anyone else who wants to enjoy fresh air without breathing in smoke.
Florida does not need to copy policies that failed in California and Colorado. Regardless of your views on marijuana, it’s clear that Amendment 3 represents blatant cronyism with half-baked provisions that will have negative consequences for our state. That’s why I am voting No on Amendment 3 and encourage Floridians to learn the facts about this misleading initiative to make an informed decision.

The entire campaign for Amendment 4 is built on deceit: The activists behind Amendment 4 crafted it to be confusing on purpose, and they are lying about Florida’s existing laws to scare people into voting for it.
I met with doctors in Jacksonville this morning who are voting no on Amendment 4 because it would remove common-sense health and safety regulations that protect women and infants, allow elective abortions even late into pregnancy when the baby can feel pain, and even allow people who are not licensed medical doctors to perform risky abortion procedures on minors—behind their parents' backs.
Now that early voting is underway in many Florida counties, make sure your friends and family know the facts about Amendment 4 and how dangerous it would be for our state.
