A person can know why they do something
for fifteen years and continue doing it every Tuesday.
Alchemy requires a change of state.
Or to use language I was raised with:
get off your ass.
Not sure if is the zombie apocalypse or if it’s just mercury in retrograde out there but it’s somethin’
Your old stories aren't obstacles to your spiritual growth—they ARE your spiritual growth.
The moment you recognize them as sacred curriculum rather than random suffering, you transform from victim to spiritual alchemist, turning the lead of your pain into the gold of your wisdom.
However you define spirit, they are your ascension to the best version of you.
Does anyone know why the storm that has been hovering in SD, swirling in place like me after heartbreak?
My plants in MN that have been told water is coming for 2 days now are pissed and I would like to calm them down.
When I released the energetic bonds that kept me held in past experiences, my whole life became brighter. Like a lot brighter
I help people do this because it’s hard for me to see people suffer when I know they are just a few steps away from a clearing of the slate.
Think shaking the etch a sketch
I believe that you are not your past. You are the meaning you assign to it. You have the power to turn the stories that once hurt into sources of wisdom, strength and personal power.
When you feel alone, place your hand on your heart and remember: you are surrounded by love, and you are never walking this path by yourself.
Trust the timing of your healing. Trust the wisdom of your soul.
There is always someone to listen. Find them if you need connection.
Name the old story and its lie.
Acknowledge how memory is partial, biased, and sticky—especially when formed young or under stress
Why I Call It Alchemy
Across cultures, the idea is the same: take what is heavy, hidden, or base and through heat, time, and intention, transform it into something luminous and true. Transformation into better, stronger.
That’s why I call this work Narrative Alchemy. Because we’re not just changing a thought. We are not feeling good for a moment, rather we are smelting down the old story until its weight is gone and its wisdom is revealed.
That’s the gold you take with you. Forever.
When individuals and teams reclaim agency through inner narrative shifts, mental health, engagement, and long-term performance all improve.
This is addition by subtraction. Release what doesn't serve the individual or the collective and find the way that does serve in the space that opens.
The Alchemy Moment, when you truly release the old story, happens when:
• The story loses its hook
• You can recall it without the same spike of shame, rage, or fear
• It might still feel tender, but it doesn’t hijack your breath or posture
You’re no longer in it, you’re with it.
I know how to get you to the moment it loses its power.
Not all pain is loud.
Some pain doesn’t scream.
It quietly shapes how you grow up.
It just quietly shapes how you show up.
You avoid feedback.
You over prepare.
You freeze when you need to move.
You stay silent instead of asking for what you need.
That’s not weakness.
That’s a nervous system still ruled by the old threat embedded in our story.
And the wild thing?
That threat may no longer exist but no one told the body yet.
What pain are you carrying that stopped being relevant but never got released?
We are meant to be dense for a reason.
Being in a body is the curriculum
Your job isn’t to bypass the mud, but to bloom from it.
We learn from our mistakes and 'the feels.'
Our life's purpose lies under all the old stories picked up along the way.
What is an old story you tell on repeat that you are ready to release?
This is how your nervous system delays your success.
Most people aren’t afraid of failing.
They’re afraid of what they made failure mean when they were young.
That old meaning?
It lives in the nervous system.
Not the conscious mind.
When you get close to a new level of success, the body pulls back, not because it doesn’t want it, but because it remembers what it cost you to try.
And unless that gets rewired?
You’ll keep calling it self-sabotage.
But it’s actually old protection.
What 'protection' pattern do you keep calling a flaw?
Example: Perfectionism
What we call:
'I'm too controlling. I can't let things go.'
Is actually:
A protection against criticism, failure, or being seen as inadequate.
'If it's perfect, I won't get hurt.'
Some other examples:
Avoidance (procrastination)
Overgiving (people pleasing)
Emotional shutdown
Overachievement (hustle culture addiction)
Defensiveness.
Releasing old narratives actually looks like:
(in the body, mind, and spirit):
A deep spontaneous exhale or sigh
A sudden yawn or shiver
Tears (sometimes quiet, sometimes the ugly cry)
A loosening in the jaw, shoulders, belly, or throat.....
These aren’t just reactions they’re the nervous system discharging stored charge.
This is the Alchemy Moment. It is real. You feel it in your body, mind, spirit.
You’re not fucked up. Your story is just outdated.
Healing isn’t becoming someone new. It’s returning to who you were before the story got distorted.
It is addition by subtraction.
You’re responding perfectly to a story that no longer fits who you are, and probably never did, but the conditions at the moment were impactful enough that your young self locked it in as an assimilation guardrail.
Narrative work doesn’t make you 'better'.
It makes you real again.
The true you was never gone. Just buried under beliefs that were never yours.
What would change if you believed that nothing about you needs to be fixed?
Your life is a breadcrumb trail of symbols:
Synchronicities
Dreams
Gut pulls
Obsessions
All are messages from your higher self.
Messages often lost in misalignment.
The old stories we collect block the clues.
Learn to retell the shit that doesn't serve you.
