Fun fact about me is that I LOVE the smell of chemicals. I love chlorine, I love bleach, and today I was able to replicate the smell of laundry detergent in a perfume and I’m very proud of myself.
Tokyo restaurants either have boxes for your bags or they have seats with shelves for you to put your purse on and it’s genius

I think the misconception that nyc is a transient adult playground is what makes people ask questions like these. you have to remember that some people are actually from here, cost of living is the issue not people being close minded about uprooting their lives…
Why don't they just leave NYC? I'm not trying to be callous, but there's a whole wonderful world out there that's more affordable.

Last night I met these French women probably in their late 40s/early 50s and they were so drunk. Deeply obsessed. One was in town because she works for Manolo Blahnik. I need to find her again specifically.
I also tried the McDonald’s in Japan. The burger bread is too soft, the nuggets were THICK (compliment), and the bbq sauce tasted like cafeteria bbq sauce but in the best way
Not beating the jet lag allegations. I was at dinner last night about to pass out and the sweet owner of the restaurant was trying to strike up conversation and I loved it but also ma’am I can barely speak English right now let alone remember what I need to say in Japanese 😭

It has been raining nonstop all day. My beautiful blowout didn’t stand a chance. It seems the Japanese love warm temperatures. Every store had the heat on even though it is a smooth 70 degrees outside.
