I’ve never met Ben Askren but I heard about his illness and need for a double-lung transplant, and wanted to support. T shirts available at rudis.com.

What is Humble Leadership?
- Take responsibility after losses
- Give credit to others after wins
- Speak in terms of “we” and “us”
- Do not ever blame others
- Have a WE > ME mindset
- Treat others with respect
- Show gratitude
- Don't trash talk
- Be kind
Play the right way.

Head coaches often get the credit.
But assistant coaches are the glue.
- They teach the details.
- They build relationships.
- They keep the team focused.
The best teams don’t just have great leaders at the top.
They have great leaders everywhere.

Mel Kiper was angry last night
instead of celebrating 32 kids seeing their dreams fulfilled… he tried to turn the whole production into a show about Shedeur Sanders not getting selected
here’s 9 minutes of Mel’s agenda taking over the night (and this wasn’t even everything)
I think at this point the draft analyst for ESPN should draft Daddy's boy...... for the love of football, get over it! What was the over/under on number of times they say his name? Dude was a .500 college qb.

But assistant coaches are the backbone.
They set the tone, drive development, and often keep the team together.
