As part of that commitment, we are taking two steps: 1. We want to hear directly from affected fans. If you were a 82WORLD ticket holder, submitted an accessibility accommodation request, and experienced an accessibility issue at 82WORLD, please contact us at [[email protected]]. We will respond promptly to better understand your experience and determine appropriate next steps. 2. We are reviewing our accessibility practices. Our events team will consult with accessibility specialists to review our planning and execution of this year’s 82WORLD and identify opportunities to improve our processes for future events. We appreciate the fans who have shared their experiences and concerns with us. We remain committed to providing a welcoming and safe environment for our fans and to continually improving the accessibility of our events. -hello82 Team
