welp. i had one of those rare fall off your chair moments yesterday working with codex + our newest model gpt-5.3-codex. 20ish turns and 33,082 tokens later. here's the result: alistairtown.vercel.app 🤯 🧵

Super proud of this launch! We skipped single player editor and went straight to multiplayer collab where agents and teams can all work in the same slide deck. This is just the start, roadmap is insane! Drop any feedback below 👇
ChatGPT Slides has new ways to get your deck ready—and get everyone on the same page. • Work together in real time in ChatGPT: Share decks, edit together, and leave comments. Ask ChatGPT or your dot to turn feedback into updates. • Edit right on the slide: Click to change text, update charts, and move or resize images and shapes. To get started, ask ChatGPT to "create ChatGPT slides" from a conversation or a file you've shared. Present in ChatGPT, or export to PowerPoint or Google Slides. Available on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. chatgpt.com/features/slides/

Three months ago, we launched ChatGPT Sites – an easy way for anyone to build and host fully functional, interactive web apps. Since then, people have created over 5M sites. We’ve been listening to your feedback and ICYMI, we’ve launched a few Sites updates: 🫂 Build together: Invite teammates to edit, save, and publish to your shared Site 🔐 Share privately: Invite specific people to a private Site without making it public 🚀 Launch faster: Go from prompt to deployment in half the time 👀 Explore your data: Ask ChatGPT to inspect your Site’s database. Editors can view it, too 🌐 Add your own custom domain

a few tips for the new data agent: - don't forget the annotation mode for batching updates to your report or dashboard - attach old reports or dashboards that include your personal or company style - check your charts data sources via the ellipsis button to verify data sources and methodology - talk to your dashboard within codex or chat to understand and make decisions - share away with sites or tell codex/chat to target your favorite hosting solution - oh, and it works really well if you want to give old dashboards a new lease on life too.

Do you pronounce it data or data? This is the way everyone makes dashboards and learns about the business at OpenAI. Can't live without it.
Now everyone can put data to work. We’re introducing a new Data agent in ChatGPT Work so you can turn your company’s data into answers, interactive dashboards, and action—just by asking. Just add the Data Plugin in ChatGPT Work, connect to the data sources and context you already use, and start the conversation. openai.com/index/put-data-to…

This was such a fun sprint. Leaning in with alpha customers and hearing how delighted they were made it extra special. Enjoy!

big +1 to this. i’d add 1/ using image gen or the product design plugin to design each screen is a force multiplier for getting what you want. 2/ at each milestone, get Sol to do rigorous CUA testing with the simulator.
Building iOS apps with Codex and GPT-5.6 Sol is such a joy. Still my favorite thing!

wife who’s a designer finally experienced codex’s magic. built her folio site that usually takes weeks and didn’t have to use some limited template. i lost count how many times she said “this is crazy”.

great day to run back and forth over williamsburg bridge for up to 100 miles with mates.
Friday's Weather Rating: 2/10 Oof. It is very warm out there once again, with high temperatures in the lower 90s. Dew points are way too high, and we have scattered thunderstorms around this afternoon. The vibes are much too humid and unsettled out there today.

one of the most beautiful things about OpenAI is that every employee really has a voice. i wanted to capture what it feels like to work here, what our mission means to me, and why you should join us. so i made this video with Codex, shared it with the team, and they felt it was worth producing and sharing with the world. this is our mission. and it’s why i’m here.

seeing the browser + cua + sol + sites + plugins work together to make your ideas real is magic.

this is the way. explore the design space first, pick your favorite. Sol takes it from there.
1. Get ChatGPT images to generate beautiful app UI 2. /goal (attach image) make it look like this ^ seems like a winning combo

blundstone + new balance is GOAT'd and they haven't even played a game yet. player street clothes are going to be next level.

the product design plugin's work horse. pro tip: ask codex to use the browser to go out and grab screenshots of brands and UIs you love and feed them into Image Gen.
gpt-image-2 is *dramatically* better at UI. if you still need to be convinced, here's a bunch of visual worlds translated into images across nano banana lite, pro, and gpt-image-2

I don’t think people realize how absurd this is. Scottish runner Josh Kerr just broke the mile world record in 3:42.66, an average speed of 16.2 mph. Most people couldn’t even briefly reach that speed, let alone sustain it for an entire mile.
