We are so sad to hear the heartbreaking news of Lea’s sudden passing. Lea has been a client and friend, championing strengths in his teams and leadership, bringing passion and energy to the causes he believes in. Praying for his family and his team as they navigate this news.
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of MQ’s CEO Lea Milligan who passed away following a sudden illness on Monday the 15th of April.
Our thoughts are with Lea, his children and family as well as his many friends and colleagues.

I know headteachers who have done this on occasion … but - what a ridiculous, unsustainable idea - let’s take our most experienced, highest paid members of our teams and get them to spend their time driving around all morning collecting students from across the city
Gillian Keegan has said Headteachers "have a duty" to drive to the homes of absent pupils and bring them into school, she said she would "pick them up myself" when asked how best to engage with missing pupils.
I refer back to my big idea - Everyone in the Department for Education should have to teach full-time for at least 1 term in a state school (and complete it) to qualify to be there.
This would mean no one would ever make suggestions like the one above, you’d hope.
