Never in a million years did I think crypto would turn into this horror show.
Blockchain technology + AI will be used to enslave you now. Fight back.

No one said decentralization was straightforward.
No one said it was organized.
No one said it had all the answers.
Here is the truth:
Decentralization is messy, raw, real, purpose-driven, slow, and deliberate. There is no exclusive club. The door is open to anyone willing to help make the blockchain better.
There is more good than bad. Yes, crypto has bad actors, and because of them, earning trust takes time.
We are building in an anonymous and private system—one that has already begun to reshape the world and will continue to do so. But that system is also under pressure from centralized companies and governments.
As we move closer to stabilizing DigiDollar, those attacks will become more visible. I believe @jaredctate understands this better than most because it is where his focus remains.
DigiDollar is the world’s first truly decentralized, UTXO-based, over-collateralized stablecoin. As its supply, integrations, and listings continue to grow, more people will begin to understand what it represents.
The attention will increase. The criticism will increase. Other projects will try to copy it.
Good.
We would not be DigiByte investors if we did not understand what disruption looks like.
DigiDollar is focused on one of the most important challenges in using crypto as money:
Decentralized stability.
I believe that focus could make it even more disruptive than Bitcoin over the long term.
Join the movement. $DGB

$DGB has been moving between a $60M and $80M market cap all year. It goes up, comes back down, then repeats.
Here’s what I think we should be looking at.
DigiByte has a new development worth examining: DigiDollar, which allows DGB to be locked as collateral to create a USD-denominated asset.
But here’s the bigger question:
Why isn’t new utility automatically translating into sustained demand for $DGB?
DigiDollar’s growth, $DGB’s trading liquidity, market sentiment, and the number of people actually using the ecosystem are all worth examining.
If we want DGB to sustain its growth, we need to understand what’s driving these repeated rallies and pullbacks not just celebrate when the price rises.
What’s your take? What do you think is keeping $DGB trapped in this cycle?

When Google Play? When @GooglePlay teaches it's team about the nature of open-source protocols.
They can't comprehend there is nobody that can give permission to use any Digibyte name or Logo.
So, anyhow. New name and graphics coming to the wallet, because any mention of digibyte:native just get's it rejected.
What shall we call it? DigiScope Wallet?

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve had several conversations with friends and extended family about crypto. In my 16 years in this space, I’ve never heard so much pessimism, frustration, and outright disgust toward the industry.
It’s honestly disheartening.
The technology that was supposed to decentralize power, eliminate middlemen, and give people financial freedom has somehow become dominated by some of the biggest centralized players and monopolistic forces we’ve ever seen.
The irony is hard to ignore.
I know people are frustrated. The economy is struggling, the crypto markets are depressing, and the last couple of years have played out nothing like I expected.
But what really gets me is the public perception.
When people ask what I do and I tell them I’ve spent nearly 14 years developing blockchain technology, I sometimes get looks like I’ve just told them I have some kind of disease.
People roll their eyes. The conversation gets awkward. Crypto has practically become a taboo subject.
After 16 years, I never imagined we’d end up here.
It genuinely feels like we’re living through a crypto ice age.
And I think we need to have an honest conversation about how we got here.
So I want to ask everyone:
What keeps you in crypto today?
What are you hearing from your friends and family? Are people still excited about the technology, or have they completely checked out? Has crypto become something you avoid discussing?
I’m genuinely curious because I don’t think I’m alone in feeling this shift.
To everyone still working hard to move $DGB #DigiByte and #DigiDollar forward, I want to sincerely thank you. I see the effort, I hear the frustration, and I appreciate everyone who continues to contribute.
I still believe in the original vision of decentralized technology. But I think the industry needs to take a hard look in the mirror.
We set out to change the financial system. Somewhere along the way, much of crypto started becoming the very thing we wanted to replace.
What do you think? I’d genuinely love to hear your experiences and perspectives.
