Kdo toto nezvládne, stroj vyhodnocující test označí jeho obálku s hlasem jako neplatnou a napůl ji přestřihne. (Kdyby měl stroj poruchu, dá se to zpětně napravit.)

After five years of war and fuel shortages, turnout and support for the ruling party wouldn’t rise together mechanically.
This result happens if add fake ballots to precincts. You have 1,000 registered voters in a precinct and the actual turnout is 30% and let’s say UR gets 90 votes. You add 400 fake ballots for UR and you have 700 votes cast, or 70% turnout, with UR getting 490 votes, or 70%.
The dotted lines are the second tell. If officials repeatedly fake results around the same round percentages, the dots pile up at those numbers and form visible lines.
