Has anyone tried this Columbian bean from Aristides Guarnizo roasted by @hexcoffee? We really enjoyed it, so good! We are brewing it at 1:16, 15.5g coffee 240g water, 3m 45s, 95 degC. Really good pineapple flavour, vibrant, zingy, tangy, good clarity and juicy.
