Padres Post Season just starting, but our local broadcast schedule has come to an end. THANK YOU, Padres fans, for joining us for the broadcasts and for your support and interaction with the team on the field and our broadcast team! Appreciate you, and GO PADRES!!!
So sorry to hear about passing of Bill Giles. Treated me with kindness & as a human being not a commodity while together with Phils. Gave so much to Philadelphia baseball & city. Thank you Bill, you’ll not be forgotten. RIP
Congratulations Padres on clinching post season spot for third straight year! Season full of gut wrenching challenges. Resilience and trust in each other got them to this point. Nice to accomplish step one, and the journey is far from over and mission not yet complete. GO PADS!!!
Salas just doubled his career HR numbers hitting 2-run shot in the 5th. First HR and now first multi-HR night for the rookie.
Much respect for Roberto Clemente and anyone nominated for the award in his name!
Not every player gets to wear No. 21 on Roberto Clemente Day. That honor belongs to a select few, Nominees of the Roberto Clemente Award because they embody the same spirit Clemente lived by:
Character Community Contributions that reach far beyond the field.
Manny Machado is one of those players.
There are 2 other ways to rock 21 on this day, hear about them here from @heyscan
Love that MLB remembers and honors Roberto Clemente every year now on this date and with the award in his name to honor community service and giving back. HOF player and human being! #21
