The Philadelphia Eagles' offense is a work in progress and struggles with an identity issue. Head Coach Nick Sirianni is more than a CEO coach. Many elements of his offense are in this scheme. Changing OCs brings new game-plan designs, sequencing, scripted plays, playcalling, and different tendencies. It does not knock SIrianni's structure, foundation, and core values out of the offense The OC can change how the offense gets from Point A to Point B, but Nick still has a significant influence on what that offense is The underlying framework will stay the same unless a new HC is in place. Issues aren't solely on the coordinator without acknowledging the head coach's influence on the offense I'd remind some that the Eagles struggled out of the gate in 2024 and finished as one of the most dominant teams in modern NFL history Who knows where this team ends up, but pointing fingers and blaming the staff is premature, imo. It may be deserved, but the results aren't there yet to confirm it. This offense was always going to be a work in progress at the start of the season, especially without a pre-season. Injuries and the offensive line's play have made that learning curve and production even harder This is a week-to-week league, and hopefully the Birds start producing results and improving game by game to finish where everyone hopes they can
