I’m still not satisfied. Glad to get a new GK and Madders but it’s only a drop in the ocean. Don’t expect it all but try!

Bentancur - he could represent the newer school of players we've signed post-José imo, assuming his English is up to it. We currently have nobody really representing them and while at Juve was surrounded by leaders, so experienced for his age and speaks Spanish and Italian too.
As Tottenham's senior players head off in the next year or two, will a new generation of leaders replace them in the dressing room? Piece on the current leadership group, why it was set up and what comes next.

And who is conspicuous by their absence in the top 20 of transfer spending in 2022?
Premier League leaders Arsenal are the only one of the Big Six not present.
11 of the 20 Premier League clubs are listed.

It’s honestly hilarious to me that people think Harry Kane going to a Bayern/PSG and winning a league title (which they win every year without fail without him) makes him more ambitious compared to staying at Tottenham whilst being the leader to end our trophy drought.

This guy isn't elite, he's a loser, he's the embodiment of everything Spurs stands for, how many big games did he turn up for England and Spurs? He's the reason both teams can't win. He's afraid to leave his comfort zone where he'll eventually get exposed, that's all.
🚨 EXCL: Harry Kane open to signing new contract at Tottenham. No dialogue since summer 2021 but talks planned for after Jan window. If circumstances right, possible 29yo will now extend past 2024. Striker’s priority is to succeed with #THFC @TheAthleticFC theathletic.com/4114681/2023…

Many replying "why no help for people who work, just those who do nothing". Actually 40%ish of those on Universal Credit are working - means tested benefits includes in-work benefits.
A decent chunk of the rest have illness, disabilities or are carers. Its not binary.

A message to all the underground artists that are dropping music this year: KEEP GOING, 2023 has a lot in store for everybody, if making music is your art, get it out there. Trust me when I say there's a listener for every type of music out there! Hopefully I hear so much more
