Performance or longevity. For years, it seemed like the field of BCI would have to choose between the two. Our accumulating preclinical data suggests otherwise: four years of stable neural recording and decoding in large animal models, with steady spike SNR and no electrode array migration. This is important 🚨 Woman who left Islam says she goes to coffee shops in New York City and exposes they are giving out free Qurans to Americans to convert them to Islam She has the Quran and shows it’s a heavily edited version that’s been “made for Western audiences” that literally lies about Islam and makes it much more appealing “The problem with this Quran is that it is meant to target a Western audience. And when you read through this Quran, it is heavily sanitized, and it has notes and commentaries that interpret verses, and it is like heavily, heavily sanitized. So when you're reading a problematic verse, it will interpret it the way it is not supposed to be interpreted, but it is targeting specifically a Western audience. So you as an American, when you pick up this copy and when you start reading it and when you start reading the notes, you will be shocked. You will be like, oh, I was wrong about Islam. This is actually a great religion. I didn't know that's what it meant. I was lied to” But she explains how it’s written is all a lie and written as propaganda for Americans to convert to Islam “When you are an average American who doesn't know anything about Islam or has never traveled to the Middle East, you are a target. If you pick up this book, if you go on ChatGPT, if you go even on TikTok and search these things, Islam is going to be painted in a completely different picture, in a completely different way. That's why there's so many people white people who are converting to Islam because they're not getting the full truth” The differences are WILD. In this version of the Quran being given out in America they removed the part that lets men discipline women with physical force. It removed the part where it tells Muslims to kill nonbelievers. The jizya which is the nonbeliever tax in Islam, it’s framed as optional, which is a lie. The examples go on and on and I’ll include them at the end They are mass indoctrinated Americans into Islam by giving them fake Quran books

13% of federal outlays go to defense. 26% go to healthcare. So… it is because the government is trying to provide healthcare.
US national debt just hit $40 trillion. Why? HINT: It's NOT because the government is trying to provide its citizens healthcare or childcare.

‼️ A malicious package on the Arch User Repository is handing attackers root access to developer machines over Tailscale. 'hyprland-fixes' ships a working Hyprland config as cover. Per an analysis on Arch's aur-general list, its install script harvests the sudo password, joins the machine to the attacker's private Tailscale network, and opens root sshd on ports 3333/4444. It then wipes journald and shell history. On a Arch dev workstation, nothing flags a running tailscaled. It's the same tool half the users already run.

Spot on!! 🎯😎😆 I can’t wait for the comments!! Nicklas Nilsson explains the difference between right-wing and left-wing people in spot-on text on Facebook: "If a right-wing person is gay, then he is, and he doesn't care what others think. If a left-winger is gay, then he demands legal changes, protests against everything and everyone, and turns it into a political struggle. If a right-winger is vegan, then he simply doesn't eat meat. If a left-winger is vegan, then he wants to ban meat, halt food production, and protest outside farms and chicken farms. If a right-winger doesn't like guns, then he just doesn't buy any. If a left-winger doesn't like guns, then he tries to ban them, prevent everyone else from owning one, and hates those who do. If a right-winger is worried about the climate, then he flies less, drives an electric car if it suits him, and sorts his waste. If a left-winger is worried about the climate, then he wants to ban fossil fuel cars, air travel, and meat for everyone else, protest outside factories, and demand that the state forces the change. If a right-winger wants to give his children a good education, then he moves to an area with good schools, or chooses a private school, or gets involved himself. If a left-winger wants to give his children a good education, then he demands more tax money from everyone, equal results for all, a ban on charter schools, and protests against every inequality. If a right-winger complains about his job or workplace.. he doesn't. He changes jobs or starts his own business. If a left-winger complains about his job – then it's the boss, the company, or the colleagues who are at fault. He demands collective agreements, strikes, changes for the whole community, and protests against the company so that it suits him. If a right-winger is dissatisfied with his housing or rent, then he moves, renovates, or buys something else. If a left-winger is dissatisfied with his housing or rent, then he demands rent freezes, more subsidies, regulations for everyone, and protests against landlords and politicians. If a right-winger fails with a business or an investment that goes wrong, then he gets up, dusts himself off, and tries again tomorrow. If a left-winger runs out of money on the 24th, then he blames the rich for having too much and needing to contribute more, blames the lottery win that didn't come home last week, and mutters that he has such damn bad luck. If a right-winger sees this – then he sends it to a few friends for a good laugh. If a left-winger sees this – then he tries to argue against it, get it removed, and delete me from Facebook."

Bernard Arnault going direct is remarkable and worth reading in full The single most impressive thing is that Arnault (personally, not via company spokesman) responds to a major hit piece without at all accepting the role of defendant He never complains about “biased reporters” or “they ignored our fact check” etc. He instead: 1) Does not flinch. He starts by giving the rebuttal a title: “Thank You.” Not “Addressing Recent Allegations” or whatever but implying the expose has backfired and made him look good. Eg: “They used to call me The Terminator. I prefer ‘the last royal family.’ It’s more elegant, and probably better for Dior sales.” Tone stays measured and bemused throughout; it’s giving Logan Roy 2) Lampoons the allegations. His wry humor makes the expose seem silly and theatrical, his tone is like he’s divulging a stupid child. He opens with, “Apparently I am the head of ‘the last royal family of France’.” And drops gems like, “At the Arnault family, apparently, we don’t argue, we conspire. We don’t deliberate, we plot. It’s novelistic… What, in an ordinary family, is simply called Sunday lunch becomes, in our case, an intrigue. It’s a matter of vocabulary.” 3) Reframes the whole narrative. From billionaire to steward, from an oligarch pursuing power to a patriarch preserving an institution built by and for others Eg: “You describe power as though it were a prize to be won. I experience it as a responsibility to be passed on. The houses entrusted to me are older than I am. Most will outlive me. My role is to hand them on stronger than I found them. That is why I reject the idea of a dynasty. Dynasties exist to preserve privileges. We work to preserve craftsmanship.” Interestingly, in the very act of doing this Arnault shows how masterful he is at wielding power, and he summons that skill here to make the reporters look like bumbling neophytes

I've said it before and I'll say it again: a competent American President would offer a marriage visa to any Russian woman under 35. Three years to find a fella and get engaged. Simultaneously devastate the Russian population and soak up all our incels.
The average life expectancy of a new Russian recruit—from arrival at a training ground to death in a combat zone—lies somewhere between 10 days and three weeks. Once sent onto the battlefield, they survive an average of 20 to 35 minutes. @peterfrankopan foreignpolicy.com/2026/06/25…

Unable to defeat the warlord on the battlefield, they captured his son, turned him into a ladyboy, and paraded him in a female minstrel show. This was a humiliation ritual practiced by a degenerate tribe that viewed dishonor and degradation as substitutes for honor in battle.

Vox with a BOMBSHELL admission in the wake of the demise of RCP8.5. “Those numbers shaped a decade and a half of climate journalism, including a lot of my own when I covered climate change at Time magazine. I didn’t always know — and didn’t always communicate — that the scenario behind the most apocalyptic, attention-getting findings was largely an attempt to imagine how bad things could get, not a true forecast. But I wasn’t alone. RCP 8.5 was a frequent background presence in climate journalism.” vox.com/future-perfect/48948…

The kicker: none of this will change her political views. She’ll still promote the same policies and vote by the same way.
