This is the last time I will compromise my Services for an incompetent founder or project.
@LPandaDEX since 2024 has been in contact with me. He told me about he’s project and explained the visions he had for it while trying to convince me to work for him but as a “builder”
“Builder” implying that I would be rewarded for my services after the project hits a certain milestones.
I Turned down this offer and told him “I will not offer my services without payment”
Some months went by, he kept asking for my support to grow the project
Keep this in mind that we had a good relationship in the past (phone calls, lengthy conversations etc). After multiple conversations and consistent pleading from him for me to join the team.
I decided to work with him UNDER AN AGREEMENT/CONTRACT.
In image 2, I referenced that contract (4 months ago) after he paid only 50% ($100)
—> Here’s what the Agreement said:
$200 upfront and this would be the ONLY payment to be made for my service. (3 months validity of contract)
My services included:
-Brand promotion
-Space shilling
-Content creation
-NFT sales
