I remember a time when NNN was seen as “cool” because it was meant to show off your restraint and people who failed it were made fun of. Nowadays though, the people who actually participate are made fun of. Oh how times have changed.

On October 31, 1993, during a Nirvana concert at the Akron Armory in Ohio, Kurt Cobain decided to celebrate Halloween by taking the stage dressed as Barney, the popular children's dinosaur.
Before the show, backstage, the band took advantage of the holiday to have some fun and take silly photos without the costume's mask.

This scene had absolutely no reason to go so hard. Creed Bratton is a phenomenal actor to be painted fully green and be talking to an animated frog and still make the scene extremely emotional.
