Great kid, great competitor!!! I have the pleasure of working opposite of him in the fall, and coaching him in the spring in shot and discus……. He’s a genuine athlete 🙌🙌
Silent Assassin! The Dean’s early (really early) preseason favorite for Defensive POY. @Husky_Football7 @Derrick_L_27 13.5 sacks last year, thrilled to be back at @CUSDAthletics Media Day for his senior season.

We had a great time yesterday at IOWA! @Kristin80601604 got to show our kids her Alma mater and where she did athletic training. @dukefaley was kind enough to chat with us and show us the indoor track facilities 🙌. Both kids have aspirations of attending IOWA 😊.

Super Proud of incoming freshman Alohna Roebuck. She finished her 13/14 girls shot and discus with two Gold medals, and a Big PR in discus. She was 1 inch from breaking the Arizona USATF Junior Olympics discus record. She is also the leader in both events for USATF region 10.
Late post……. So very proud of @QuicksilverTcAz athlete Alohna Roebuck who hit a huge PR last Saturday night, with a 41’ 10” throw. This ranks her #2 Nationally in the 13/14 girls division. Arizona USATF Junior Olympics is around the corner, and the goal is to PR again 🙌
