We've built an internal system that makes hardware engineering so much easier. It has full knowledge of our stock, capabilities, and resourcing which lets me just sit here and ask it stupid questions while I'm designing.

Had a convo with a founder that said something interesting: weather is being used to predict incoming Shahed drone attacks from Russia. Intuitively makes sense as unfavorable conditions distort visibility and maneuverability. Academically validated with a paper that looked at 2024-2025 attacks and confirmed correlation in attacks with favorable atmospheric conditions. This is the alpha signal that startups working on weather forecasting are/will be strategic purchases for defense, and cUAS systems. sd-magazine.eu/index.php/sd/…
