I love all the mining YouTubers who tear apart machines and say don’t touch the bus bars while it’s turned on or you could die.. it’s 15-17v max, unless your made of metal or water your going to be fine.

Not wrong, it's all handled via a stratum proxy that delivers larger amounts of hashrates in bursts and averages out the hash rate over a 24hr period to match what you ordered. Their own dashboard even says this, common way to handle hash rate allocation from large farms.
