in my little time in Sei and building communities like @SeiWeb3 and other projects
one of the things that has helped me and will keep helping me is the ability to stay in love with both my team, community members and audience at large
not just taking them as shit, or maybe doing it for the money necessarily but loving them as they will love themselves
and because of that, I’m able to show up daily for meeting, I’m able to do my job well, I’m able to push for the target and KPIs because I put my heart towards my job daily
that is how you should take building on Sei
