High school softball news: @PellCitySB has its new coach in Kimball Cassady.
Cassady has a track record of success everywhere she goes. She elevated the St. Clair County program over the last two years in a big way, and has spent time as the head coach at Samford and Birmingham-Southern before that.
Great hire for the Panthers.

Yall can say whatever you want to but don’t question if my coach cares about his kids. So much love for Coach Ganus I would not be where I am today without him. Something’s you can’t fake. Real recognize real.

This is really well written and a great read. I personally absolutely have no dawg in the fight but thought it was strange the first time I read about the punishments that were given. I don't follow closely but closely enough to know that there are several powerhouse schools that have and will continue to get transfers and have gotten them for years, but all of a sudden this is a major issue. Just seems strange.

Early Candidate for Article of The Year….
Great journalistic work piece right here ⬇️ @FiredCoaches
Wait wait wait… I just realized…
They’d actually have you believe that a 30-something millennial (no offense, Coach) would be silly enough to use his personal cell phone to recruit?!
Not a burner. His OWN phone.
A tech/social media savvy millennial wouldn’t get a burner? 🤣

Idk if they talked to other parents but I know a couple they didn’t talk to. One of these boys dad died and his coach was there at the hospital with him, got “lost in the woods and went with the community to help look for him, won a championship with em.. And they expect communication to just shut down with someone that’s more than just a coach to them 🤷🏽♂️
Imagine this…
The year is 2022.
A CFB task force has been assembled.
A&M coach Jimbo Fisher is a member.
Never interview Saban.
Never interview a player.
4 days later, Bama gets the death penalty.
Must be legit, right?
