You are now a listed company. Please make sure such stuff is not put by your CXOs. Multiple screenshots online of District CEO Rahul Ganjoo misbehaving with normal people and using profanity online.
If one person collects all his tweet screenshots and queations leaderahip at District in an earning call asking for an explaination, it will be difficult to reapond. I am a well wisher so telling you guys this.
The easiest way to perhaps make money is find companies where everything can and has gone wrong and then check their results to see a good quarter.

Brajesh Maheshwari v/s Allen Students over 6 Laddus
Thousands of students at Allen Career Institute protested across its centres in Kota after the coaching institute allegedly failed to fulfil its promise of providing six laddus to each student before the Diwali break. Angry students took to the streets, created an Instagram page named ‘Laddu Janta Party’ and flooded social media with reels and memes over the issue. The protests reportedly escalated to the extent that the coaching management had to call the police to control the situation.
Meanwhile, some rival coaching institutes organised bhandaras offering unlimited sweets on Sunday, adding to the buzz around the controversy. Allen founder Brajesh Maheshwari reportedly made last-minute arrangements for laddus in an attempt to contain the situation.

Some people are after @deepigoyal and Temple because they actually have concerns and doubts. But then I am seeing a lot of people who are trolling him just for the love of the game.
Recently, I was cold-approached on multiple platforms, including X and LinkedIn for a job as a Research Analyst, this is with an AMC, by the way. I felt very honored that an AMC is doing a cold approach to me especially because I have been an investor in this AMC's mutual fund for some time.
What happened after the initial conversation I would not get into out of respect for their CIO.
Two things, what I found funny and an honest appeal to all recruiters:
Firstly, what I found funny: my experience of 1.5 years with a fintech is more important than my 5 years as an AMFI distributor and my three year stint as a SEBI-registered research analyst.
Second, my honest appeal to every recruiter: basis profile matching, your HR may be cold-approaching people for roles. It is just basic hygiene and good practice If you take the CV of the candidate from them after approaching them to get a holistic idea of their entire work experience, and if you cannot even email the job profile PDF, could you WhatsApp them? No sincere candidate will take your PDF. Give it to another company and try to get a higher CTC.
