Nope. I wouldn’t even know how to go about making those measurements, but from a practical point of view, I don’t think it is necessary considering that I’ve been running mine continuously for a few days now and if anything the membrane seems to be functioning even more efficient than on day one. For example, bubble formation now seems much more aggressive. Just as @iRowow described, these membranes are very resilient and resistant to degradation in highly acidic and alkaline solutions. The bigger challenge now is how to properly wire the graphite electrodes and to slow their degradation without diminishing their performance. For example, the copper tape I used to secure the graphite electrode failed today when I tried to replace it. Though I have been very careful, I have a greater appreciation for his safety video now that I see this system in action.

Yes! When I disconnected my DC power supply and measured the voltage differential between the 2 electrodes, it maxed out the voltage reading when set at the 20V scale, so I switched to the 200V scale and saw 2.3, which means 2.3V. I suspect that after I disconnected the power supply, the electrodes are still polarized and there can be a brief transient spike or contact bounce that momentarily pushes the reading over the 20V range (or makes it look like overload). Within seconds it settles to the stable open-circuit voltage of ~2.3V. I then switched back to 20V scale, I got 2.0V. I share this experience because when working with these membranes and split cells, you should expect to see all kinds of strange electrical measurements that may leave you puzzled at first. @iRowow mentioned this recently in one of his videos. But according to grok, “real-world chlor-alkali cells after electrolysis routinely settle at 2.0–2.5 V open-circuit — your 2.3 V reading is textbook perfect.” @iRowow said he discovered how to make these cation exchange membranes because of his interest in making flow batteries, which are rechargeable energy storage systems that store energy in two liquid electrolyte tanks pumped through an electrochemical cell, enabling independent scaling of power and energy. Ideal for long-duration, large-scale utility storage, they offer long lifespans (decades) and high safety, though they feature lower energy density and higher upfront costs compared to lithium-ion. I asked grok whether this tek could be employed to remediate acid wastewater from metal or phosphate mining operations while generating useful electricity in the process. Apparently, people are already investigating this approach by employing Bipolar Membrane Reverse Electrodialysis (see paper below). This is way outside my knowledge base, but grok said it is theoretically possible to create DIY bipolar membranes by employing @iRowow’s proven methodology using cation and anion exchange resin beads already available for water softening combined with fiber glass & clear PVC cement. mdpi.com/1996-1073/13/20/551…

I can’t kick this feeling. I’ve had it since last Wednesday. It feels to me like something is going on behind the scenes that we have no clue about. Everything just seems to be so calm for some odd reason. Anyone else getting this feeling besides me?

This is big. The software used to tabulate the votes in one county sent at least 6,000 Trump votes to Biden. 47 counties used the software. Other states may have, too. Was it a glitch or a "feature"?
