Can anyone help me out with this? I did not play these arrows and the evo knight was a bandit behind the left side. I thought my touchscreen was broken but when closing the App its gone. Sometimes its gone for 2 weeks and then suddenly comes back. I lose a lot bcuz of this

Its picking cards for me, sometimes even shows me the stats, when I pick a card and play it suddenly its another card. Again my touchscreen is working aswell as my wifi. Could this be a hardware Problem of my iPhone 12 Pro Max ?
