The importance of Jalen Hurts has always been understated — not just as a player, but as a leader. Life without him ain’t too fun. (H/T @JakeRabadi)

The Jalen Hurts-was-carried debate is dead. Fans and much of the media undervalued the Eagles' QB leadership & ability to keep the team together & competitive during tough times. That type of leader is not easily replaced by anyone else on the roster.

i watch ben johnson and kyle shanahan lose qb’s, key players, and still know how to run a damn football team i don’t wanna hear shit it’s embarrassing and time for a change. i’m grateful for what nick has done, but he’s not the solution, doesn’t call plays so what does he do?

By not playing, Jalen Hurts has shown the Eagles organization and fan base what his value is. This team blows without him and they have no character, fight or toughness. #Eagles
