Wilbert Ross could barely contain his excitement after his first mainstream film in a lead role, βPee Mak,β officially crossed the β±100-million box-office milestone in just 19 days.
The actor celebrated the achievement on Facebook, proudly declaring his new status as a blockbuster leading man while thanking the entire team behind the Filipino horror-comedy.
βCongrats sa buong team PEE MAK!!!β Ross wrote.
He also encouraged audiences who have yet to see the film to catch it in cinemas.

The milestone marks a major career breakthrough for Ross, who rose to popularity as a member of the boy group Hashtags before pursuing a solo career in music, acting, and publishing.
FROM β±40 MILLION TO β±100 MILLION
Released on October 14 in more than 200 cinemas nationwide, βPee Makβ has demonstrated remarkable staying power at the box office.
The film earned β±40 million during its first week, climbed to β±60 million after 10 days, and reached β±90 million after 17 days.
Just two days later, it crossed the β±100-million mark, becoming Rossβs first blockbuster film as a mainstream leading man.
The achievement is particularly significant for an actor who is still establishing himself as a commercial movie headliner.
A WINNING STREAK BEYOND CINEMA
Rossβs box-office breakthrough follows a series of successful ventures in entertainment.
In July, he celebrated his 10th anniversary in show business with βWRten by Wilbert Rossβ at the New Frontier Theater.
His first concert reportedly sold out in just 15 minutes, prompting organizers to mount a second performance, which also sold out within an hour.
