Between the way they handled the ATA and the AMPTP, we really gotta put some respect on the WGA's name, negotiating wise. wgacontract2023.org/the-camp…
To our sister unions, our staff, our captains, our lot coordinators, our pre-WGA, our donators, our supports, our members, our Neg Comm, we share this win. Together, we made history. We fought, battled and sacrificed for this victory. I have so much pride and gratitude
and years from now when someone asks what happened for 146 days, I will say I was there! I fought! I made history with the most powerful union in this industry. And we fucking won! I hang up my captains hat for now. It was an honor to serve #wgastrong now and forever
THANK YOU to everyone who supported me and my campaign for Board of Directors! And huge shoutout to our newly elected board members! It was not meant to be this time, but the journey has truly been the reward.
I’ve met and befriended so many of y’all, I’ve learned a ton, I’ve pushed myself outside of my comfort zone and evolved as a person through this entire experience. But I stayed true to myself and kept it 100 all the way!
Kicked it with our tremendously bad ass #screenwriters this morning. While I’ve done a lot of work in TV, I hope to solidify my name amongst this crowd. They deserve every bit of what we’re fighting for and more. All for one! Let’s go! #wgaw

Passed out in the grass after this 😭 but I spoke from the heart.
In season 1 of #Swagger @iamdanielleiman interviewed for production asst. Standing there in flip flops, her passion for the show was on fire. She didn’t get the P.A. gig. Instead, I brought her on as a writer. She has been on several staffs since then. Still fired up!

Hey @WGAWest members, this fantastic, smart, talented, fierce, unrelenting, woman is my ex-student and she’s running for the board. She has my vote. I hope she has yours. She is @iamdanielleiman
