@DellCares I have been paying for additional service on my laptop for years, but for the past few months, I have been having the worst time with customer service. Dell sent a technician to fix my computer and they broke it more, so I sent it in to the factory and it returned…
I’m making an application and I’m hoping to get some feedback back while it’s in its early stages.
It allows one to interact with agents and files as though they were part of a social network.

This is possibly the most terrifying misuse of technology that I’ve ever seen. Please oppose this. wired.com/story/parabon-nano…
@UPS can you pleas stop doing that thing where your drivers don't even try to deliver to my address? I was waiting in front of my apartment when I saw on the app that the delivery could not be made.
On May 1st, I was supposed to receive a delivery from @instacart. It never showed up and I'm having a heck of a time getting my refund!
I was spoke someone calling themself a "specialist". I let her know that I would contact the BBB (@bbb_us) if i wasn't satisfied at the end of the call. She assured me that someone from their retail support team would contact me within 24 hours.
It's been more than a 24 hours and I haven't heard a thing. It's been about 6 weeks in total. This continues to be an enormous waste of my time. @instacart please give me back my $172.20. The only thing left for me to do is to file a formal complaint with the BBB (@bbb_us).

Just sad. Tenured chair at Harvard, doesn't seem to know how USA was created. Not a treaty. Declaration+Revolutionary War+Constitution=USA. xitter.cf/joycechaplin1/status/8…

Hi @TommyBergeron. I noticed npm thinair is no longer maintained. Wondering if you might give it up? Totally cool if not. Thanks! :)
For proposals in stage 3, what sort of community feedback are you looking for? Is there any way to get them into 4? xitter.cf/bterlson/status/692489…

What's up with these delays on #BART? You'd think this train was waiting for its Attorney General nomination to go through Congress. Sheesh!
